FREE CLASS Campaign · Points Challenge · November 2026
This campaign is organized by hipe.pt in partnership with NORTE PADEL. By participating, the participant declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign Identification
This campaign, named FREE CLASS · Points Challenge · November 2026, runs from 00:00 on 1 November 2026 until 23:59 on 30 November 2026, at the NORTE PADEL club, located in Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo 246, 4100-259 Porto, Portugal.
2. Eligibility
- Any natural person aged 16 or older is eligible to participate.
- Participants aged 16 or 17 require authorisation from their legal representative.
- Participation is free of charge and does not require prior club registration or membership.
3. How to Participate
- Registration is made in person at the NORTE PADEL reception, by providing a display name, phone number and email address.
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the GDPR consent is mandatory at the time of registration.
- Each registration is unique. A participant may not register more than once.
- After registration, each participant receives an internal identifier, used by the receptionist to check in and award points.
4. Scoring System
Points are awarded per check-in, according to the time slot and duration of the reservation. Time slots are defined as follows:

Base points per player, depending on duration and period:

"New Client" bonus: each new client receives, only once, a 20-point bonus on their first check-in.
"Christmas Tournament" bonus: each player who participates in the NORTE PADEL Christmas Tournament receives, only once, a 30-point bonus after the tournament.
Formula: Total points = Base points (table above) + First-visit bonus (20 pts, if applicable) + Tournament bonus (30 pts, if applicable).
Example: a player who checks in a 1h30 reservation during Off-Peak, on their first visit and he is on Christmas Tournament from Norte Padel, earns 16.5 + 20 + 30 = 66.5 points.
5. Reservation Validation and Check-in
- Only paid and effectively played reservations count towards the score.
- Check-in is made in person at the NORTE PADEL reception by the receptionist, after payment and confirmation of the players' presence on court.
- Each check-in corresponds to a distinct reservation. A participant may check in multiple times on the same day, provided they correspond to different reservations.
- If, due to injury or any other reason, the player does not use the full reserved time, points are still awarded, since the reservation was paid.
- Accumulated points are individual and non-transferable between participants. In a match with several registered participants, each one receives only their own check-in points.
6. Ranking and Tie-break
- The ranking is updated in real time and is publicly available on the campaign website.
- In case of a tie in total points, tie-break is applied in the following order:
- Highest number of reservations (check-ins);
- Moment when the participant reached their final score — the first to reach it ranks higher.
7. Prize
- The prize is a 1h30 padel lesson taught by three hipe.pt coaches.
- The lesson will take place at the NORTE PADEL club, on a Saturday, at a date to be agreed with all 12 winners.
- The prize is intended exclusively for the 12 participants with the highest score in the final ranking, as of 30 November 2026, 23:59.
- The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be used by third parties. Only the 12 winners may use the lesson.
- The lesson is a group lesson, shared by the 12 winners.
8. Prize Claim
- The 12 winners will be contacted by the organization, via phone and/or email, in the days following the campaign closing.
- The response deadline is 5 days. If no response is received within this period, the prize passes to the 13th-placed participant, and so on, until 12 winners with confirmed availability are gathered.
- The prize is delivered online, with no ceremony. Lesson date coordination is made by email and/or phone.
- The organization reserves the right to disclose the winners' names on the social media of NORTE PADEL and hipe.pt, without prejudice to the GDPR consent given at registration.
9. Anti-fraud and Disqualification
- The organization reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Provides false, incomplete or duplicate information at registration;
- Attempts to manipulate the check-in system, the scoring calculation or the ranking;
- Engages in behaviour contrary to the spirit of the campaign or the club's rules.
- Irregularities are detected based on the receptionist's human control.
- In case of disqualification, the participant's points are annulled and the participant is excluded from the ranking.
10. Campaign Changes or Cancellation
The organization reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice, change, suspend or cancel the campaign for justified reasons, without this conferring on the participant the right to any indemnification or compensation.
11. Data Protection (GDPR)
- Data Controller: hipe.pt — geral@hipe.pt.
- Purpose: campaign management, points attribution, communication with participants and prize delivery.
- Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
- Data collected: display name, phone number, email address and consent date.
- Retention: data is retained during the campaign and for up to 6 months after it ends, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
- Data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of these rights, contact the organization at geral@hipe.pt.
- Right to lodge a complaint: the data subject may complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) — www.cnpd.pt.
- Third-party sharing: data will not be transferred outside the European Union nor shared with third parties, except where strictly necessary for prize delivery (namely with the hipe.pt coach teaching the lesson).
- Minors: for participants aged 16 or 17, consent must be provided by their legal representative.
